This is yet another publication by our team members in “Rynek Instalacyjny” – a leading technical magazine for professionals in the sanitary, heating, ventilation, and renewable energy sectors on polish market. The publication features technological innovations, market analyses, and practical installation solutions.
Thanks to the editorial team’s invitation, we had the opportunity to share our experience from the largest and most advanced renewable energy project implemented by our company – a fully independent domestic hot water heating system for the Housing Cooperative in Bielsk Podlaski.
The article provides a detailed account of how, together with our Partners, we delivered a truly unique project on a national scale:
- 22 buildings,
- 62 heat pumps,
- photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 40 kW per building,
- a proprietary automation and control system based on predictive algorithms and telemetry data analysis,
- complete replacement of a coal-based heat source with a fully renewable and independent system,
- year-round free domestic hot water for residents.
We would like to thank our partners: Stream, WIST, Z.I.P.E., and above all, the Management Board of the Housing Cooperative in Bielsk Podlaski – for their courage, trust, and shared vision.
The article was authored by Adam Chmielewski (President of the Board at WES) and Michał Wysocki (Owner of Stream), who managed the project,
and Justyna Dąbrowska-Sadowska (Marketing Manager at WES), who translated their experience into words.
