WES Sp. z o. o. took part in the project  “Early warning system of MSME in periodic difficulties  implemented by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development for 2014-2020.
As part of the project, training and consulting were carried out in the field of company strategy development, brand building, employer brand and internet marketing, as well as sales and building customer relationships.

WES Sp. z o. o. took part in the project “Digital Transformation Academy MSME” implemented for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Program for 2014-2020.
As part of the project, training and consultancy were provided in the field of process management through digital solutions and integrated data management for the purposes of process management.

WES Sp. z o. o. took part in the project “Subject system of financing development services in Podlaskie Voivodeship” implemented by the Voivodeship Labor Office in Białystok as part of the Regional Operational Program of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.
As part of the project, training in team management and project management was carried out.

As part of the project, WES employees obtained electrical qualifications for people involved in the operation and supervision of power equipment – G1, and in the field of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases contained in stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump devices.
